The City of East Helena is offering free outdoor fitness classes utilizing the FitLot exercise equipment donated by AARP Montana in 2021. There are ellipticals, benches and dip and pull-up bars, and resistance band stations. Most stations provide the opportunity to adjust resistance based on the user's strength and bands will be available during the classes. This is the last class in the series and will be led by ACE Certified Trainer Brianne Martini. Both AARP Montana and the City of East Helena are excited to be offering these free classes to people of all ages in the community.
